Monolithic Slabs “all in one pour” are foundations that are constructed in one single pour and are made up of a concrete slab with thicker areas under all perimeter edges to take the place of footers. Manufactured homes are blocked up and anchored to these foundations.
Concrete Pillars are foundations that are constructed in multiple pours and are in multiple locations under the home. Pillars carry compressive loads that are distributed throughout the home. Manufactured homes are blocked up and anchored to these foundations.
Crawl Spaces are permanent foundations that modular homes are fixed to. Constructed with a poured concrete wall at least 4' deep. We use Insulated concrete forms (ICF) systems with rebar reinforcement and poured concrete. This allows your crawl space to come fully insulated at no extra hassle. Crawl spaces can be equipped with a full concrete floor or a more cost effective rock floor.
Basements are permanent foundations that modular homes are fixed to. Constructed with a poured concrete wall at least 8' deep. We use insulated concrete forms (ICF) systems with rebar reinforcement and poured concrete. This allows your basement to come fully insulated at no extra hassle. ICF Systems come with an inner plastic tie system imbedded in the foam which makes it easy to screw drywall directly into to the foam/concrete wall with no glue or adhesive. Meaning you will not need to stub out walls to insulate and hang drywall. Walk out basements available.
